Last weekend I attended the book launch for Gathering Our Breath, an anthology that captures thoughts, feelings, and memories of the Lapu Lapu Day tragedy. It was healing to hear people speak their hearts in poems and messages. I teared up multiple times, and went home with a tiny little heart stamp from a toddler and an ube cupcake.
Another hobby of mine (AKA PROCRASTINATION TACTIC) is updating my website. It's got a fresh new responsive theme, and a dark makeover.
If the Isle of Teeth was a Met Gala gown, it would be this one! There's even butterflies. Janelle Monáe looks perfect.
